Below are our three main packages we offer, however we can put together an individual bespoke package for any landlord or investor in order to suit their requirements.

Inspection & Report
- Carrying out a full inspection of your property
- Providing comprehensive report including any advisories and minimum requirements such as:
- Washing facilties
- Shared kitchen facilities
- Occupancy levels
- Bedroom size requirements
- Fire Doors and fittings
- Central heating
- Electrical safety
- Fire safety
- Insulation and draught proofing
- Ventilation
- Collating any quotations for works required

HMO Licence Application
(Complete and submit application only, licence fess to
local authority is not included.)
- Completion of HMO application online
- Collation of all required certificates
- Sending all certification to the necessary council

03.
Landlord Retainer
(To book in and manage the required services and tests, any remedial works or repairs are not included.)
- Monthly property inspection and correlating report with any actions needed
- Organise annual landlord gas safety inspection and certification
- Organise bi-annual fire alarm and emergency lighting service and certification
- Organise 5 yearly electrical condition report and certification
- Organise annual PAT testing and certification
- Organise Energy Performance Certificate (Valid for 10 years)
