Steve Barker
Director
Steve founded The HMO Manager in 2013, he has a wealth of experience in the HMO industry starting in 2010 to present day, from other business set ups, HMO property management, to sourcing and finding suitable properties for investors and much more. Steve felt that there was a gap in this market, whereby landlords and investors feel a little lost as what an HMO is and what are the legal responsibilities of a landlord and their property. Steve has a long lasting good working relationship with the local councils and feels that this has helped the business grow to where it is today.
Amy Kennedy
Office Manager
Amy has been working alongside Steve for the last 8 years, she started her journey in the property market in 2007, starting off as a administrator for a local estate agency, she worked her way up there covering all aspects of the business, from administration, to marketing and accounts, as well as all the other day to day duties that come with working in estate agency. Amy has a meticulous eye for detail, and has great working relationship with our landlords and investors, which has resulted in referrals for the The HMO Manager.
